My vote is for collective, Because an individual can never sit in front of computer he want rest and he have many works and if he spent all the time in Forex he can not do all his responsibilities with others so i think collective work is the best decision if you have 2 or 3 friends then can start together and do with all the manners and qualities which you and your friends have so some times when you have work and you are not at your computer your friend can context and can tell you about near future strategy...it will help ful for all...
